Lexcel
Legal Practice Quality Mark Law Society Accredited Ashwood Solicitors are proud to have been Lexcel accredited since September 2015. Lexcel is a quality mark awarded by The Law Society for firms that have demonstrated high standards of client care and practice management.
We undergo regular inspections to ensure we retain our level of quality. Firms accredited in this manner are generally more efficient, more understanding of their clients and have fewer complaints raised against them. We are proud to maintain this accreditation and strive to monitor and improve our services constantly.
Our aim is always to learn our clients’ needs and progress their cases reliably and effectively. We welcome feedback from our clients and utilise it to focus on our future goals.
Immigration & Asylum
The immigration and asylum law accreditation provides recognised quality standards for asylum practitioners. It is designed to cover all aspects of asylum law. This accreditation covers all practitioners providing advice under a legal aid contract and can be used as a quality mark for privately funded work.
Members will have shown that they have achieved the required level of competence and knowledge in this area of law as defined by the Society. Please note the changes to the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation. These will take effect from 1 September 2018.
ILPA
The Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association(ILPA) is a professional membership organisation for those practising in all aspects of immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law. It works to raise standards, disseminate information and promote a justice and equitable immigration, asylum and nationality law practice.
