Serious Injury – Mr L

Mr L was involved in a major road traffic accident where the driver of his vehicle lost his life as a result of a head on collision with another vehicle. Mr L, a passenger in the rear of the vehicle, suffered life changing injuries. Mr L received compensation in the sum of £400,000 to settle his claim. This was net of the contributory negligence deduction as Mr L was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident.
